I purchased a sofa that could not be moved into my living room through my doorway.
The movers then suggested that it could possibly be hoisted or lifted up to my
second story balcony and into my apartment through the patio door and into my
living room; however, they admitted they weren't equipped to do that. Although
I was initially skeptical if this plan would even be feasible, when I spoke with
Derrick and described the situation he assured me that it could indeed be done
and that they have done it with no problem. He arranged to stop by to get a look
at the distance (height) involved and to give me an estimate. They agreed to
pick up my sofa from the furniture store (no charge), back to my apartment and
into my living room. Sure enough, they lifted it (to the 2nd floor balcony) up
and over the railing into my living room without a scratch! They did more than "just
what they were paid to do", and were genuinely kind, courteous, careful
and reassuring. I would refer them to anyone!

Movers in Baltimore did a great job moving my entire home from Fairfax to Ashburn.
Nothing scratched, dented, or broken with all goods transported safely and
efficiently. Bravehart Moving is customer focused, motivated, and polite. When
I saw the weather forecast for our moving day I was worried how the poor weather
conditions would impact our move. On the day of our move with snow accumulating
quickly Brave Hart Movers arrived on time and completed the job.(We received
8 inches during the day) If I were to move again I would use Movers in Baltimore
and I have recommended them to a number of my friends planning moves in the
spring. Thank you for a job well done for 1/2 the cost of other moving companies.

When I first contacted Movers in Baltimore I asked for an estimate over the
phone. Garret asked for each item that needed to be moved and gave me an estimated
price. He also mentioned that he could come to my house and give me a better
idea as to what the moving fee would be. Garrett made my appointment for that
weekend and talked to my husband and I about the moving process, i.e., how
many men he would need. My husband and I were very impressed and decided to
use there services. Movers in Baltimore did an excellent job with moving my
family from Maryland to Pennsylvania. They were very friendly and made our
move an enjoyable experience. They arrived on time and were ready to work right
away. They disassembled our furniture and made sure each piece was safely secured
in the moving truck. At out new home they reassembled all items and arrange
the furniture exactly where we wanted it. I highly recommend there service
and would definitely use them again.
